As established by the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we provide the following information.

b) your Data are processed here for the following purpose:

- to handle your request for information about the activities and the initiatives conducted by the ‘Controller’ as a subscriber to the newsletter of Atlas of Transitions. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent;

c) in full compliance with data protection law, your data may be communicated to the partners, consulting agency, private firms, and public institutions that are nominated as ‘Representatives’ by the ‘Controller’. These ‘Representatives’ will be selected according to the Document edited by the ‘Controller’ with reference to the EU Regulation 2016/679, which will be updated periodically;

d) your data will not be transferred to third parties and international organisations;

e) Data will be stored for as long as strictly necessary for the attainment of the purposes for which they were collected (Article 5, ‘Principles relating to processing of personal data’). In any event, the criterion used to determine this period of time is based on compliance with the time limits set by law and with the principles of data minimisation, storage limitation and management, which are verified periodically;

f) at any time, you have the right to:
- ask the access to your data, request their rectification and their erasure as well as request the restriction of their processing;
- withdraw your consent – however, that shall not impair the lawfulness of the processing carried out before consent withdrawal;

g) we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data for the purpose mentioned above (b) is mandatory to be subscribed to the newsletter of Atlas of Transitions. Without those data, we cannot send you any information about our activities;

h) finally, we inform you that there is no automated decision-making tool processing your data and that we do not employ automated instruments to profile you. Therefore, we will not send you commercial information according to personal hypothetical characteristics.
